After contacting me for an appointment, I
will come to your home for an initial
consultation. We will discuss what you would
like the redesign to accomplish for you and
your family, what is working or not working
in your space, which items are most
important to you as well as primary uses for
the space. I will be doing a lot of
listening to understand your design needs.
An appointment for the actual redesign will
be set as soon as possible.

Interior Redesign
On the day of your redesign, I may bring a
trusted assistant depending on the scope of the
work involved. Your room will be carefully emptied
of its contents so that we can assess your
architectural elements and determine a new
furniture placement. Artwork and accessories are
all in place when we finish.

You are asked to leave your home so that we
may work more quickly and efficiently AND to
provide a “surprise” element. You will be
delighted when you return home to see the results
of your “new” room, using the very things that you
already own. No fuss, no mess; it’s one-day
decorating!

Consultation
Let’s talk about a new paint color for your
room. I carry complete paint portfolios from
Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams for your
perusal. I have been trained and certified
in the “Color With No Regrets” by
concept co-creator JoAnne Lenart-Weary of One
Day Decorating, using an exclusive and
innovative method of color selection based
on theory, science and knowledge.

Home staging is sweeping the country as seen
on so many HGTV shows and on other
cable networks. And with good reason: houses
that show well, sell better, quicker, and
for more money! If you are getting ready to
put your home on the market, you want it to
have maximum appeal to prospective buyers.

It is greatly beneficial to have your home
staged BEFORE it is listed, BEFORE
a realtor’s tour, BEFORE an open
house.
First impressions are everything! It
is sometimes difficult to look at your own
home with objectivity and as a potential
buyer would see it. I’ll give you tips on
clearing out and cleaning up, proper
furniture arrangement, and simple techniques
to give your home a fresh, spacious appeal.
I will work with a homeowner using their own
things OR through a realtor.
$150/one-hour walk- through with
suggestions to the homeowner
$300 for two hours of “hands on” staging,
sometimes personal shopping is suggested

Move-In Design
Perhaps you’ve moved and your furnishings
and accessories don’t seem to fit in quite
as well in your new home. Maybe this is a
good opportunity to re-think how certain
things can be best utilized and beautifully
highlighted. I can assist in the placement
of your treasures so that you and your
family can feel relaxed and “at home” in
your new space. |

Personal
Shopping
Sometimes at an Initial Consultation it is
determined that a few new things are needed
as part of the redesign, or you’re just
ready for a bright pop of color with a new
lamp or piece of artwork. I can shop in
advance of the actual redesign and bring
along a few new accents to incorporate that
day. Of course there is no obligation to
purchase. We can discuss a “wish list” that
you might have at the Initial Consultation
and discuss your budget as well. Shopping
for home décor items can be overwhelming and
time consuming. Let me custom shop for your
home at a price that fits your budget!

Window Treatment Installation
