Why is my redesign done when I am not at home?

I determine your needs and learn about your likes, dislikes, style and the things you own during our initial consultation, prior to the actual redesign. On the day of the redesign, I bring my trusted assistant and we clear out your room and use a special process to “rebuild” it in one day. The most exciting part for you is the “reveal’ when you return home. No fuss, no mess for you to deal with. After all, it’s one-day decorating!

What exactly is Home Staging?

Home Staging is a process to prepare the home for placing it on the market to sell. There are many” tricks of the trade” to emphasize the beautiful features of your home which create the appeal necessary to make your home sell.

Staged homes sell more quickly and for a higher price than homes which have not been staged to sell. First impressions are everything to a potential buyer! Show your home in its best possible light.

Do you decorate in all styles?

Yes, and I haven’t met a style yet I haven’t liked provided it’s done well. I take my cues from the homeowner; after all, it is your home and my goal is to make you love it again! Using your own things and your own style in a fresh new way is what Final Touches does best.

What can I expect if you do personal shopping for my home?

You set the budget for my treasure hunts. I work within your budget and bring you great home décor items hand selected just for you and your home. I do it so much that I know all the great spots and what to get where. You are never obligated to keep what I bring but chances are great that you will love it!
